Tribe Fitness Bootcamps goal is for you to HAVE A BLAST, tone up, improve your health and GET SWEATY!

ALL athletic levels ARE WELCOME!

These classes are designed to be fun and challenging and to push only YOURSELF to YOUR next level. YOU VS YOU!

Each exercises will be given different intensity options to suit your goals and fitness level!

JUNE 2022 schedule: Wednesday and Friday - 6:00 - 7:00pm (total 8 classes)

Location: Cowichan Sportsplex near the outdoor gym.
